Velocity Dynamics LLC is a courier and logistics company based in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, offering time-critical delivery, scheduled route coverage, and subcontracted logistics capacity within a 700-mile service radius. We operate both as a direct service provider to businesses and as a subcontracted logistics partner to prime contractors, freight brokers, and other logistics operations.
Submitting a quote request, appointment request, or driver application through this site does not create a binding service agreement, contract, or guarantee of engagement. All pricing, service-level commitments, delivery windows, capacity commitments, and driver engagement terms are proposals only until confirmed in a separate, signed service agreement or subcontractor agreement between you (or your company) and Velocity Dynamics LLC. Any figure, estimate, illustrative calculation, or "guarantee" language appearing on this website (including the Delayed Delivery Cost Calculator and Logistics Risk Score results) is illustrative only and does not constitute a quote, offer, or binding commitment.

Individuals who submit a Driver Application and are subsequently engaged by Velocity Dynamics LLC are engaged as independent contractors, not employees, under a separate written subcontractor agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of employment or an independent contractor agreement. Specific terms, including compensation, coverage area, insurance requirements, and scope of work, are set out exclusively in that signed subcontractor agreement.
Any statement on this website describing our operating standards, commitments to consistency, or service philosophy (including statements such as "if we commit to a window, we show up") reflects our general operating approach and does not constitute a legally binding guarantee, warranty, or liquidated-damages commitment. Binding service levels, delivery windows, and remedies for missed commitments are established solely through a signed service agreement specific to your account.
